Your Web Site's Slogan
From having the lead role in the school's
play, when I was 6 years old, at Curtis
Elementary..., to making "straight A's"
in the 5th grade at Palmetto Elementary,
and having a combined grade point average
of 3.9 out of a possible 4.0, for 5th and 6th
grade, (45 A's and 3 B's)..., to
being named "Best All-round Boy" at Palmetto,
and receiving an award for "High Scholastic
Achievement"..., to being named one of the top
teenagers in the country when I was a senior
at Clearwater High School, it has been quite a
with a lot of achievements "in-between" and
"beyond". But the greatest of all these sort of
achievements were the "smiles" on my parent's
The delight enjoyed by them!
I saw my parents as just one face, not two.
We were all in this together. Thanks to God
it worked out that way. May God bless my
parents, and yours, abundantly!
It's not always about "me, me, me." It's
about everyone involved.
I have the news paper article which appeared in
the St. Petersburg Times
when I was in 1st grade. I had forgotten
about it, until a researcher at the Tampa Bay
Times located the article when she pulled up
my name. I will post the article soon. The wonder
of computers! A very nice researcher from New
York who works for the Tampa Bay Times
brought it to my attention about a year ago.
(The St. Petersburg Times is now the Tampa
Bay Times, which is one of the most circulated
newspapers in the country).
I will post later.
Here it is:
I was 15 years old when the picture
(below) was taken, while attending
Pinellas Junior/Senior High School.
The school attended grades 7th thru
The picture above appeared on the first issue
of the General Electric Neutron Department
magazine. A company of engineers! That's an
engineer in the picture. I would stay in the program
for 8 years..., 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade. And
the first 4 years of college. At this time, I was
studying to be an engineer. I was presented with
the award for Outstanding Student (within the
program), the first 4 years. Mr. Irv Levine (not
in the picture) was my Senior Engineering Ad-
visor, the latter 7 years, which included college.
Then I switched gears going into the medical arena
while attending The University of The Associa-
tion in London, England. Mr. Levine attended the
Kiwanis function with me when I received the
award for Citizen Of The Month. We were
very close at that time. A great man!
One of the awards follows:
Here is a picture (below) of Mr. Irv Levine and
Yours Truly, working together at the General
Electric plant. Office setting. The picture isn't
real good. But you can get a good idea of what
Mr. Levine looks like. I attended Rutgers Uni-
versity (mostly) because of Mr. Levine. He is
a graduate of Rutgers University.
The caption reads:
Learning and earning-- Summer employee Lem
Bradham, left, gets a helping hand from Irv
Levine, Sr Engineer-Development. Lem is among
thirty-five summer employees participating in
NDD's summer employment program this year.
See page 3 for further information pertaining
to summer employees and their NDD co-
(The picture was taken after the completion
of my 2nd year of college.)
(I owe a lot to Mr. Levine. He was like a
second father. A great man!)
The picture below is from a trip, visiting friends
in Canada. Courtice, Ontario to be exact.
The location is 50 miles northeast of Toronto.
Here is Georgia and grandma visiting from
England. Husband George is pictured below
(the second picture). My friends have 3
daughters. I had the opportunity to meet 2
of them. Sabrina is the youngest. The pictures
are on the wall, above George. Very nice people.
I had a blast! Georgia can cook!

There is more coming.
